We stayed here for 1 night while spending the weekend in London. The hotel is situated just a couple of minutes walk from Blackfriars station, which serves both the circle and district lines, as well as Thameslink, meaning it's easy to get anywhere in London from here. The room was very clean and spacious. You know what you're getting with a Premier Inn. Bed was comfortable and it was pitch black at night time. We heard no noises from other rooms. It was a very quiet night's sleep. TV has a really wide selection of channels and it worked, which is generally a bonus when staying in a hotel. There's usually an issue with the TV everywhere you go. I'm sure we only paid for a standard room but where put into a Premium room, which came with a Nespresso coffee machine. Great for someone like me who loves a morning coffee. The staff in the hotel were incredibly friendly. One name I'd like to mention in particular is Yusuf, who was working around the reception area. He was so polite and friendly and is an absolute asset to the company. I don't know if anyone reads these reviews, but if you do, please pass this on to management. The only downside to this hotel was the price. Working in the travel industry I understand how and why prices can fluctuate, but the cost of this room increased by £50 overnight, and we ended up paying just over £300 for 1 night's stay, which for a Premier Inn seems a bit excessive, despite the location. We didn't try the food at the hotel as we visited to do shopping and try out the famous food markets. However based on the staff, the room and the location i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting London.

Stayed here for a "long-weekend" with my partner. We thoroughly anjoyed the location as it is close to both bus and tube lines, making it extremely easy to navigate to and from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast buffet on our last day, and it was very tasty. If you make time for it, you will definitely get your moneys worth of proper food. The only thing I'd say is a negative is the temperature in the rooms. Granted, there is a thermostat that you are free to adjust, but generally we found our room quite cold unless we kept the heating on.

Perfect location for us near London Waterloo train station and a short taxi ride over the water into central parts of London. Nice room compact and clean with everything you need. Lovely friendly staff and it was busy but not hectic. Good value for money.

Service at the Blackfriars Premiere Inn is absolutely first class. Myself and my partner tend to stay there as it’s so central to the city and other attractions and shops and restaurants in the area. We are well looked after by the staff members at the Blackfriars Premiere Inn Dorset Street. This is the reason why I’ve given five stars for room service, service and location. I’d also like to point out that you have the tube station at least 2 minutes walk from the hotel which leads you to the city and other areas like Westfields Shopping mall and the West End of London to enjoy and explore great views and sites.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the maintenance guy made us feel welcome and he was fantastic at his job. It was one of the most comfortable nights sleep we have had in months. We will definitely be going back to stay again. Have a fabulous Christmas everyone.

Perfect location, close to everything you need for an overnight in London. It was strange doing the check in on a machine but it is actually quite straightforward. Room was comfortable, clean, and very quiet. Bed was cosy and I slept amazingly. Breakfast was superb, plenty of options and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Really enjoy my stay, thank you Team London Blackfriars!

This is our 4th stay in a Premier Inn in London and our 2nd stay here. It was great, we walked almost every where, museums, galleries and just around for fun. We didn't ask to have our room.cleaned over our 6 days ( small room , easy to make bed etc.) but housekeeper Kalani ( I hope I have her name) was working the 5th floor and sweetly gave us everything we asked for ( towels, toilet paper, coffee) .And we found the housekeeping crew and bosses very friendly and hard working. Breakfasts were super, lots of everything and a friendly crew. We eat a big breakfast like this only here and it suffices until dinner! We highly recommend Premier Inn London Blackfriars The only thing I wish they would improve on is access to WiFi, each day you have to put in a new code
